Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuating raw material costs in the Bangladesh Dhaka market.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Baker team's schedule. The remaining 50% shall be settled on the day of delivery or within three (3) working days post-event.
- All bakery products will be freshly prepared by our certified Baker professionals no more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
- Delivery is limited to the metropolitan area of Bangladesh Dhaka, including but not limited to Banani, Gulshan, Dhanmondi, Mirpur, Uttara, and Motijheel. Deliveries outside these zones will incur an additional transportation charge.
- Any modifications to the order after the Quotation Estimate has been accepted must be communicated at least 72 hours before the event date. Changes made within 72 hours may attract a 15% modification surcharge.
- All products are prepared in a hygienic, food-safety-certified kitchen located in Bangladesh Dhaka, compliant with the Bangladesh Food Safety and Standards Authority (BFSSA) regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party service charges, generator fuel costs, or additional staffing beyond what is explicitly listed above.
- Our Baker team reserves the right to substitute any ingredient that is temporarily unavailable in the local Bangladesh Dhaka market with an equivalent-quality alternative, subject to prior client approval.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, or City Bank – Dhaka branch), mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), or certified cheque.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the client named above. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
