The Baker will be responsible for the daily production of a minimum of 1,200 units of artisanal breads, 800 units of pastries, 400 units of cakes and desserts, and 300 units of specialty items (including Brazilian traditional confections such as brigadeiro, pão de mel, and biscoitos) per business day. All products will be prepared using premium, locally sourced ingredients from approved suppliers within the state of Rio de Janeiro, in full compliance with ANVISA (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária) food safety regulations and the municipal health code of Brazil Rio de Janeiro.

• 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in raw material costs within Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
