Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is based on current ingredient pricing as of the issue date. Should raw material costs (butter, flour, eggs, specialty imports) fluctuate by more than 8% prior to the event date, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued with mutual written consent from both parties. All Baker services are performed in compliance with the Ontario Food Safety Act and the City of Toronto Public Health regulations. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in ingredient costs, labour rates, or availability of our Baker team.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 50% balance is due within fourteen (14) days following the completion of all Baker services at the event venue in Canada Toronto.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event date will incur a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations between 21 and 7 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Liability: Golden Crust Artisan Bakery Ltd. carries full commercial liability insurance of $5,000,000 CAD. Our Baker team members are all certified in food safety (Safe Food for Canadians program) and hold valid Ontario food handler permits.
Delivery & Access: The client is responsible for ensuring adequate venue access, power supply, and workspace for our Baker team. Delivery is limited to the Canada Toronto municipal boundary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Allergens & Dietary Requirements: All allergen information will be provided with each product. Our Baker team will make reasonable accommodations for dietary restrictions, though cross-contamination cannot be entirely guaranteed in a shared kitchen environment.
Intellectual Property: All custom designs, flavour profiles, and recipes developed by our Baker team for this engagement remain the intellectual property of Golden Crust Artisan Bakery Ltd. unless a separate licensing agreement is executed.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable within Canada Toronto.

ACCEPTANCE & AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full. The undersigned agrees to all terms, conditions, pricing, and service descriptions outlined in this document. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between Golden Crust Artisan Bakery Ltd. (the Baker) and Maplewood Events & Catering Co. for the provision of artisan baked goods and professional Baker services within Canada Toronto.
