3. Itemized Cost Breakdown

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in materials, labor costs, or regulatory changes within Chile Santiago.
• All services described herein shall be performed by qualified professionals registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros de Chile and the Colegio de Arquitectos de Chile, in full compliance with national and local regulations applicable to the Metropolitan Region.
• Baker shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CLP 500,000,000 for the duration of the project.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Baker will provide a revised Quotation Estimate for any additional or modified services within five (5) business days of the request.
• Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Chile for overdue commercial credits.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara de Comercio de Santiago.
• Baker shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to seismic activity, extreme weather conditions, government-mandated work stoppages, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Chile Santiago.
• Confidentiality: All project documentation, client data, and proprietary information exchanged between Baker and the client shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate from Baker and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document. This signature constitutes a binding commitment to proceed with the services described herein, subject to the execution of a formal service agreement between both parties.
