The Baker engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the daily production of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty baked goods for the hotel's in-house restaurant, banquet operations, and retail pastry counter. The scope includes menu development tailored to both international and local Chinese palates, staff supervision of junior bakers, quality control, and participation in seasonal special-event baking programs.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in China Beijing.
• The Baker shall be engaged under a standard labor contract governed by the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. A minimum contract term of twelve (12) months is required.
• All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the designated account of Beijing Culinary Talent Solutions Ltd. Payment terms are Net 15 days from invoice date.
• The client (Grand Meridian Hotel & Banquet Group) is responsible for providing a fully equipped commercial bakery kitchen at the China Beijing premises, including all necessary ovens, mixers, proofing equipment, and storage facilities.
• Should the Baker be a foreign national, the client must provide a valid employer registration certificate and support the work permit application process as required by the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate of 6% for service fees, which will be itemized separately on the final invoice.
• Early termination of the Baker engagement prior to the completion of the 12-month term shall incur a penalty equal to three (3) months of the Baker's gross compensation, as stipulated in the labor contract.
• All intellectual property, including proprietary recipes and menu designs developed by the Baker during the engagement in China Beijing, shall remain the exclusive property of the client.
• This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement. Acceptance of this document does not constitute a contractual obligation.

The Baker placed under this Quotation Estimate must meet the following minimum criteria: a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in commercial or hotel bakery operations; proficiency in both Western and Chinese pastry techniques; a valid food handler's certification recognized in China Beijing; fluency in Mandarin Chinese with working proficiency in English; and a clean criminal background record verified through the Beijing public security system. The Baker must also demonstrate the ability to manage a team of no fewer than six (6) junior bakers and kitchen assistants.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have reviewed this Quotation Estimate in its entirety and agree to proceed with the formal engagement of the Baker for operations in China Beijing under the terms and conditions outlined herein.
