- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the specified Baker may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon commencement of the Baker's deployment in China Shanghai; 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement period.
- The Baker shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary recipes, production methods, and business strategies of Golden Wheat Bakery Group during and for a period of two (2) years following the conclusion of the contract.
- Any changes to the scope of work, including additional product development requests or extended training programmes for the Baker, shall be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
- The client shall provide a dedicated, fully equipped production kitchen space of no less than 200 square metres within the China Shanghai facility, meeting all local fire safety and food hygiene inspection requirements prior to the Baker's arrival.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting China Shanghai, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the Shanghai Arbitration Commission in accordance with its then-current rules of procedure.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance deposit has been received in full.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Baker in China Shanghai.
