4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs within the Colombia Medellín market.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Baker & Artisan Confections de Antioquia S.A.S. A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 60% due within fifteen (15) business days of monthly service completion.
4.3 Delivery: All baked goods shall be delivered fresh to the client's premises in Colombia Medellín between 05:00 and 06:30 AM on business days. Custom event cakes will be delivered no later than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled event.
4.4 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of custom orders must be communicated at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of the order value as stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
4.5 Quality Guarantee: The Baker guarantees that all products meet the sanitary standards established by INVIMA and the local health authority of Colombia Medellín. Any product found to be below the agreed quality standard will be replaced at no additional cost.
4.6 Intellectual Property: All proprietary recipes, designs, and menu concepts developed under this Quotation Estimate remain the intellectual property of the Baker and may not be reproduced without written consent.
4.7 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia, with jurisdiction in the courts of Colombia Medellín, Antioquia.
