- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and terms are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.
- Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be paid in monthly installments on the 5th of each month, aligned with the Baker's operational cycle.
- Commencement: The Baker's services shall commence within fourteen (14) days of contract execution, subject to completion of facility preparation in the Egypt Alexandria premises.
- Contract Duration: The engagement period for the Baker is twelve (12) months, with an option for renewal upon mutual written agreement between both parties.
- Quality Guarantee: The Baker guarantees that all products meet the specifications outlined in Annex A of this Quotation Estimate. Any batch failing quality inspection shall be replaced at no additional cost.
- Regulatory Compliance: All baking operations conducted by the Baker shall comply with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, municipal regulations of Egypt Alexandria, and EFSA food safety standards.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Baker's final salary and accrued benefits shall be settled within fifteen (15) days.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Alexandria in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
