The Baker team will be responsible for the daily production of all baked goods required for the hotel's breakfast buffet, afternoon tea service, banquet events, and retail pastry counter. All production will adhere to the Egyptian Food Safety Authority (EFSA) regulations and the specific quality standards outlined in the attached service agreement.

The lead Baker assigned under this Quotation Estimate holds a Diploma in Professional Baking from the Egyptian Culinary Institute, Cairo, and possesses over twenty-two years of hands-on experience in both traditional Egyptian bread-making and French patisserie techniques. The Baker has previously served at leading hospitality establishments in Egypt Cairo, including five-star hotels along the Nile Corniche and international conference venues in New Cairo and 6th of October City. • Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on fluctuating raw material costs in the Egypt Cairo market.
• Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within fifteen (15) business days via bank transfer to our account at CIB, Egypt Cairo branch.

• Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for unused months will apply.
• Insurance: All Baker personnel are covered under comprehensive professional liability and workers' compensation insurance as mandated by the Egyptian Social Insurance Organization.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Egypt Cairo region.
