This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Addis Ababa Artisan Baker & Pastry House (hereinafter referred to as "the Baker") to Mr. Tesfaye Alemu and Alemu Catering & Events Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive baking, pastry, and confectionery services in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, the Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs (teff flour, butter, eggs, and imported chocolate) in the Ethiopia Addis Ababa market.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the final delivery of all Baker's services. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Baker's designated account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch.
- Delivery: All baked goods will be delivered to the client's specified location within Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Baker guarantees delivery within 24 hours of order confirmation for standard items and 72 hours for custom-designed cakes and pastries.
- Quality Assurance: The Baker warrants that all products will be prepared in a fully licensed and inspected kitchen in compliance with the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) regulations. All ingredients will be sourced from verified local suppliers in Addis Ababa.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery date will incur a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the full deposit. The Baker will make reasonable efforts to reschedule without penalty in cases of force majeure.
- Intellectual Property: All custom cake designs, pastry patterns, and branding created by the Baker for this engagement remain the property of the Baker unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in its entirety, including all pricing, terms, and conditions outlined above. The Baker confirms readiness to commence services upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Both parties agree that this document constitutes a binding commercial agreement for the provision of Baker's services in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
