- This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Baker operating in France Lyon and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in raw material costs, particularly flour, butter, and sugar sourced from regional French suppliers.
- All bakery products listed in this Quotation Estimate are produced by our Baker team using traditional French methods. The Baker guarantees that all viennoiserie and breads are baked fresh each morning at our France Lyon production facility and delivered within two hours of completion.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices will be issued monthly on the first business day following the end of each calendar month. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce).
- Delivery is scheduled between 05:00 and 07:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, to the client's premises in France Lyon. The Baker reserves the right to adjust delivery times by up to one hour due to traffic conditions on the Quai de Serbie or surrounding Lyon streets.
