• Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in ingredient costs within the Ghana Accra market.
• Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event date.
• Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer to our account at Ecobank Ghana (Accra Main Branch), mobile money (MTN MoMo / Telecel Cash), or certified cheque made payable to Golden Crust Artisan Bakery & Catering Ltd.
• Revisions: The client may request up to two (2) design revisions on the custom cake and pastry arrangements at no additional cost. Further revisions will be quoted separately by our Baker team.
• Delivery: All deliveries within Ghana Accra city limits are included. For venues located outside the Accra Metropolitan Area (e.g., Tema, Kasoa, Prampram), an additional transportation surcharge of GHS 150.00 per trip will apply.
• Liability: Golden Crust Artisan Bakery & Catering Ltd. shall not be held liable for damage or spoilage caused by improper storage by the client after delivery. All baked goods must be kept refrigerated at or below 4°C as instructed by our Baker team.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will forfeit the full amount.
• Regulatory Compliance: All products are prepared in accordance with the standards set by the Food and Drugs Authority of Ghana and the Ghana Standards Authority. Our Baker facility in Ghana Accra holds a valid food handling licence renewed annually.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Ghana Accra region.
