- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to fluctuations in raw material costs in the New Delhi market.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Baker team's schedule. The remaining 50% shall be settled within seven (7) days of service completion.
- All products will be prepared using premium-grade ingredients sourced from verified suppliers within India New Delhi and its surrounding districts. No artificial preservatives or colourants will be used.
- The Baker and his team shall arrive at the venue a minimum of four (4) hours prior to the event for setup, final assembly, and quality inspection.
- Any changes to the design, quantity, or scope after the initial approval of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a 15% modification surcharge and additional lead time.
- Delivery and setup are limited to the India New Delhi National Capital Territory (NCT) boundaries. Travel beyond this area will incur additional charges as per a separate schedule.
