Note: This Quotation Estimate is based on current ingredient pricing in Indonesia Jakarta as of June 2025. Prices are subject to adjustment should there be significant fluctuations in raw material costs (flour, butter, eggs, sugar) exceeding 10% during the contract period. All items are prepared by our certified Baker team in compliance with BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan) food safety standards and Halal certification requirements applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, a revised quotation may be required to reflect updated pricing in the Indonesia Jakarta market.
Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation; 50% balance due within seven (7) business days after the final delivery or completion of the on-site Baker service period. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Bank Mandiri, Branch Indonesia Jakarta Sudirman.
Delivery Schedule: All baked goods will be delivered fresh, no later than 07:00 WIB, to the designated address within Indonesia Jakarta. The on-site Baker will report to the client's premises at 06:30 WIB on agreed service days.
Quality Assurance: Our Baker guarantees that all products meet the specifications outlined in this document. Any items found to be below standard upon delivery will be replaced at no additional cost within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled service date will incur no penalty. Cancellations within fourteen days will be subject to a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value.
Halal Compliance: All ingredients and production processes are fully Halal-certified, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Our Baker facility in Indonesia Jakarta holds a valid Halal certificate (No. 001234567890123) renewed annually.
Warranty & Support: A dedicated account manager will be assigned to oversee the entire engagement. The client may request a revised Quotation Estimate at any time if scope changes are needed.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Commercial Court in Indonesia Jakarta.
