- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon confirmation of the order, 40% upon delivery of the Baker equipment to the Tehran site, and 20% upon successful commissioning and sign-off by the client.
- Delivery Timeline: The complete Baker system shall be delivered to the designated location in Tehran within forty-five (45) working days from the receipt of the advance payment.
