4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices for the Baker services may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in ingredient costs within the Israel Tel Aviv market.

4.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount (ILS 6,966.72) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% (ILS 10,450.08) shall be paid within seven (7) business days following the completion of all Baker services. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the company account in Israel or by credit card.

4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur a 50% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in full payment of the quoted amount.

4.4 Liability: Shalom Artisan Bakery & Catering Ltd. shall not be held liable for any damage to the client's property in Israel Tel Aviv beyond the value of the Baker services rendered, except in cases of gross negligence. All food products are prepared in compliance with Israeli food safety laws and regulations.

4.5 Intellectual Property: All recipes, techniques, and proprietary methods employed by the Baker remain the intellectual property of Shalom Artisan Bakery & Catering Ltd. The client receives the finished products only and does not acquire rights to reproduce the recipes.

4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
