- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for Baker services and ingredients may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Japan Osaka.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 50% shall be settled within fourteen (14) days of final delivery and completion of all Baker services in Japan Osaka.
- Delivery Schedule: All Baker products will be delivered to the client's designated address in Japan Osaka no later than 06:00 JST on the agreed service date. Refrigerated transport will be maintained at 2–4°C throughout the Japan Osaka delivery route.
- Customization: The Baker team will conduct a consultation meeting at the client's Japan Osaka premises within five (5) business days of Quotation Estimate acceptance to finalize design specifications, dietary requirements, and portion sizes.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the service date will incur a 20% fee of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations within fourteen days will incur a 50% fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled Baker service in Japan Osaka.
- Liability: Kurogane Artisan Baker Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable for damages arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, typhoons affecting the Japan Osaka region, or government-mandated closures.
- Compliance: All Baker operations, ingredient sourcing, and food handling procedures will strictly adhere to the Japan Osaka City Food Sanitation Ordinance and national standards set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
- Intellectual Property: All proprietary recipes, baking techniques, and branded packaging designs developed under this Quotation Estimate remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kurogane Artisan Baker Co., Ltd. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without written consent.
