1. Introduction & Scope of Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nairobi Artisan Bakery & Catering Ltd., a licensed and registered Baker operating out of Kenya Nairobi, in response to the formal request for a comprehensive pastry and cake supply for a corporate wedding event. As a professional Baker with over twelve years of experience serving the hospitality and events industry in Kenya Nairobi, our team is committed to delivering premium-quality baked goods that meet the highest standards of flavour, presentation, and food safety compliance as mandated by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) and the Nairobi City County Public Health Department.

The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers the design, production, delivery, and on-site setup of all baked items listed below. All ingredients will be sourced from certified local suppliers within Kenya Nairobi and the broader Nairobi County region to ensure freshness and traceability. The Baker team will conduct a pre-event consultation with the client to finalise design specifications, flavour profiles, and dietary accommodation requirements.

Note: The tasting session fee (Item 7) will be fully waived and deducted from the final invoice upon execution of the service agreement. The effective Grand Total in that case will be KES 177,120. All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of all materials, labour, and standard equipment. 3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating raw material costs in the Kenya Nairobi market.
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to KES 91,060, is required to secure the production slot. The balance of fifty percent (50%) is due no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the event date.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Nairobi Artisan Bakery & Catering Ltd., Equity Bank, Account No. 0123456789, Branch: Westlands, Kenya Nairobi. Cheques and cash payments are not accepted for orders exceeding KES 50,000.
The Baker reserves the right to substitute any ingredient that is temporarily unavailable with an equivalent-quality alternative, provided prior written notice is given to the client at least five (5) business days before the event.
All baked products are produced in a facility that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While dedicated gluten-free and vegan lines are maintained, cross-contamination cannot be entirely ruled out. Clients with severe allergies are advised to inform the Baker team in writing at the time of booking.
Delivery is limited to the Kenya Nairobi metropolitan area and Nairobi County. For venues located outside this radius (e.g., Naivasha, Kitale, or Mombasa), an additional transport surcharge of KES 15 per kilometre will apply and will be itemised on the final invoice.
Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event date will incur a 25% penalty on the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. No refunds are issued for partial cancellations of individual items once production has commenced.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before production begins. The Service Agreement will incorporate all terms stated herein.
Our Baker team operates under a valid Food Hygiene Certificate issued by the Nairobi City County Public Health Department and a valid Business Permit for Kenya Nairobi. Copies of these certificates are available upon request.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The Baker (Nairobi Artisan Bakery & Catering Ltd.) confirms that all quoted prices, specifications, and delivery timelines are accurate and binding for the validity period stated.
