Our Baker team, comprising certified pastry chefs, bread specialists, and confectionery artists, will be fully deployed at the client's venue in Kuwait City on the agreed event date. All ingredients sourced for this Quotation Estimate comply with Kuwait Municipality food safety regulations and Halal certification standards. Our central bakery and production kitchen, located in Salmiya, Kuwait City, operates with state-of-the-art stone ovens, proofing chambers, and temperature-controlled storage to ensure every product reaches the venue at peak freshness.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted due to fluctuating ingredient costs in the Kuwait market.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (KWD 2,265.65) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of 50% (KWD 2,265.65) is payable within seven (7) business days following the completion of the Baker services.
- Delivery: All baked goods and products will be delivered to the designated venue in Kuwait, Kuwait City no later than 06:00 AM on the event date. The Baker team will arrive at 07:00 AM for on-site setup and final preparations.
- Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Cancellations within fourteen days will incur a 75% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value.
- Modifications: Any changes to the scope of Baker services, quantities, or product specifications after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised estimate and additional charges as applicable.
- Compliance: All products and services rendered under this Quotation Estimate comply with the regulations of the Kuwait Municipality, the Public Authority for Food Safety, and all applicable Halal food standards in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- Liability: Al-Nakheel Artisan Baker shall not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting Kuwait City, power outages, or government-mandated closures.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
