4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any order placed beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to fluctuations in ingredient costs within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur market.
4.2 Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance payable within fourteen (14) days of final delivery and acceptance of all Baker services rendered.
4.3 All baked goods will be prepared by our certified master Baker and supervised by a senior Baker to ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and flavour consistency in every batch produced.
4.4 Delivery is limited to the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area. Any delivery requests outside this zone will incur an additional logistics surcharge as per our standard rate card.
4.5 Custom cake designs require a minimum of seven (7) days' notice. The Baker will provide a digital mock-up for client approval before production commences.
4.6 Cancellations or modifications made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled delivery date will attract a 25% penalty fee on the affected items.
4.7 All products comply with the Food Act 1983 and Food Regulations 1985 of Malaysia. Our Baker facility holds a valid Food Handler's Certificate and operates under a HACCP-certified system.
Note 1: The Quotation Estimate includes complimentary tastings for the client's management team at our Malaysia Kuala Lumpur bakery premises, located at Jalan Sultan Ismail, prior to final order confirmation.
Note 2: Our Baker team is available for on-site consultations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please schedule via our dedicated account manager.
Note 3: For halal-certified products, our Baker facility is fully JAKIM-accredited. All ingredients, including gelatine substitutes and flavourings, are sourced from certified halal suppliers in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
