The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of our lead Baker, Don Aurelio Ramírez, along with a support team of three (3) assistant Bakers, for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. All services will be rendered at the client's designated premises within the Mexico City metropolitan area, including but not limited to the boroughs of Cuauhtémoc, Benito Juárez, Coyoacán, and Miguel Hidalgo. The Baker and support team will be responsible for the daily production, quality control, and presentation of all baked goods in accordance with the specifications outlined in this document.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment terms are structured as follows: a 30% advance payment upon contract signing, followed by monthly payments due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer to the account designated by Panadería Artesanal del Centro, S.A. de C.V. All amounts are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (IVA) of 16% as mandated by the Mexican tax authority (SAT).

The Baker and all support personnel are employees of Panadería Artesanal del Centro, S.A. de C.V., and are covered under the Mexican Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo). The client shall provide a safe, clean, and adequately ventilated workspace at the Mexico City premises, along with all raw ingredients, packaging materials, and consumables necessary for daily production. The Baker retains full creative and technical authority over the baking process and product quality.

Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a penalty of 15% of the remaining contract value shall apply. All intellectual property related to proprietary recipes and techniques developed by the Baker during the engagement shall remain the property of Panadería Artesanal del Centro, S.A. de C.V.

Important: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of raw materials (flour, yeast, sugar, butter, eggs, etc.), which shall be procured and paid for separately by the client. The Baker will provide a recommended supplier list for premium ingredients sourced from local markets in Mexico City, including the historic Mercado de Coyoacán and Mercado de la Merced. Travel and transportation costs for the Baker team within the Mexico City metro area are included; however, travel to locations outside the 20-kilometer radius of the company's base in Insurgentes Mixcoac will be billed at $85.00 MXN per kilometer.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Baker and associated services in Mexico, Mexico City. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature and receipt of the initial payment.
