Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on raw material costs in the Morocco Casablanca market.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within fifteen (15) days of invoice issuance. A 2% late payment penalty applies. Advance payment of 30% is required to initiate the contract.
Delivery: All baked goods will be delivered to the client's premises in Morocco Casablanca at the agreed-upon time. Delivery within the Casablanca city limits is included; deliveries to surrounding areas (Mohammedia, Ain Diab, Anfa) incur a 5% logistics surcharge.
Quality Guarantee: As a professional Baker, we guarantee that all products meet Moroccan food safety standards (ONSSA compliance). Any product found to be below specification will be replaced at no additional cost within 24 hours.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations affecting the Morocco Casablanca food industry, or supply chain disruptions.
Confidentiality: All recipes, production methods, and business information shared during the engagement remain the exclusive property of the Baker and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Casablanca.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The Baker reserves the right to adjust quantities and specifications upon mutual agreement. All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are inclusive of standard packaging materials. For bulk orders exceeding 500 units per delivery in Morocco Casablanca, a volume discount of up to 8% may apply.
