- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of equipment installation and staff onboarding, and 30% upon successful completion of the first full month of Baker operations in Yangon.
- All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the designated account of Golden Crust Baking Co., Ltd., Yangon, Myanmar.
- The Lead Baker shall be provided with standard accommodation within Yangon city limits, and all work permits and immigration documentation shall be processed in accordance with Myanmar Labour Law and the Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population regulations.
- Any changes to the scope of Baker services, additional outlets beyond the five specified in Yangon, or extended project duration shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes in Myanmar, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Yangon region, shall be addressed through mutual consultation between both parties.
- All baked goods produced under this engagement shall comply with the Myanmar Food and Drug Authority (FDA) standards and applicable food safety regulations in force in Yangon, Myanmar.
- Intellectual property related to proprietary recipes and menu development created during the engagement in Myanmar Yangon shall remain the joint property of both parties, as detailed in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Baker and associated baking services in Myanmar Yangon under the terms and conditions outlined herein. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
