- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised due to fluctuations in raw material costs within Nepal Kathmandu's local markets.
- All prices quoted are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of packaging materials. Delivery within the Kathmandu Valley is included; deliveries to surrounding districts (Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Kirtipur) will incur an additional surcharge of 5%.
- The Baker (Kathmandu Artisan Baker's Workshop) reserves the right to substitute specific ingredients (e.g., wheat flour, butter, eggs) with equivalent-quality alternatives if supply disruptions occur, provided prior written notice is given to the client at least 48 hours in advance.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Baker's designated account at Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch, or by certified cheque. A 50% advance payment is required to initiate each monthly production cycle.
- Custom orders (celebration cakes, event-specific pastries) must be placed a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the required delivery date. Rush orders within 72 hours will attract a 25% expedite fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the acceptance copy. The Baker's standard Service Agreement (Ref: KBW/SA/2025) will govern the ongoing relationship.
- All baked goods will comply with the Nepal Food Authority (NFA) regulations and the Kathmandu Metropolitan City food safety standards. The Baker maintains a valid Food Handling License (No. KMC/FHL/2024/1182) and all staff hold current health certificates.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or supply chain disruptions specific to Nepal), either party may suspend obligations without penalty, with written notice within 24 hours.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Nepal Arbitration Act, 2055 (1998).
