• Payment Terms: Invoicing will be issued on the 1st of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. • Order Cancellation: Standard daily deliveries may be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice without penalty. Custom cakes and special orders must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the order value.
• Allergen & Food Safety Compliance: As a registered Baker with the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA), all products comply with EU Regulation 1169/2011 on food labelling and Dutch food safety legislation. Full allergen declarations will be provided with every delivery.
