- Validity: This Quotation Estimate from Baker is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in ingredient costs within the New Zealand Auckland supply chain.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 50% balance is payable within fourteen (14) days of final delivery and acceptance of all goods and services in Auckland.
- Delivery: All deliveries will be made within the Auckland metropolitan area, including but not limited to Ponsonby, Parnell, Remuera, Auckland CBD, and surrounding suburbs. Delivery times will be confirmed in writing by Baker no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- Quality Assurance: Baker guarantees that all products will be prepared using premium, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, consistent with New Zealand food safety standards. Any items not meeting the agreed specification will be replaced at no additional cost.
- Changes and Variations: Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges may apply for variations that exceed 10% of the original scope.
- Liability: Baker's total liability under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total value of the contract. Baker shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe Auckland weather events or transport disruptions.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action in the Auckland District Court.
- Confidentiality: Baker undertakes to treat all client information, event details, and proprietary designs shared during the engagement as strictly confidential.
