Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in ingredient costs within New Zealand Wellington and the broader New Zealand market.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 50% due within seven (7) business days of event completion. All payments are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to 15% GST as per New Zealand tax regulations.
- All baked goods are prepared by our Baker team using premium, locally sourced ingredients from New Zealand farms and suppliers. No artificial preservatives or colourings are used in any product.
- Delivery is limited to the New Zealand Wellington metropolitan area. For events outside this region, additional transport costs will be quoted separately.
- Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations within fourteen days will be charged the full deposit amount.
- Allergen information for each item in this Quotation Estimate is available upon request. Our Baker team maintains strict allergen protocols in compliance with New Zealand Food Safety Act 2015.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and returned by both parties. Wellington Artisan Baker reserves the right to modify terms with written notice.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and resolved in the courts of Wellington, New Zealand.
