Payment may be made via bank transfer to our designated account at Zenith Bank PLC, Lagos branch, or by certified cheque.
• Delivery & Location: All deliveries are limited to the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area, including Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikeja, Surulere, and surrounding local government areas. Deliveries to locations outside Lagos (e.g., Ogun State, Oyo State) will incur additional logistics charges to be quoted separately.
• Customization & Revisions: The Baker team will accommodate reasonable design and recipe modifications at no additional cost, provided changes are communicated at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled delivery. Last-minute changes may attract a surcharge of up to fifteen percent (15%) of the affected line item.
• Quality Assurance: Lagos Artisan Baker guarantees that all products are prepared in a NAFDAC-licensed facility in Lagos, Nigeria, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards. Our senior Baker personally inspects every batch before packaging and dispatch.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the deposit. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will forfeit the full deposit.
• Liability: Lagos Artisan Baker shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delays caused by traffic congestion, weather conditions, or force majeure events common to the Nigeria Lagos environment.
