- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon delivery of the first production batch, and 20% upon final completion and sign-off of all services.
- All baked goods will be prepared in compliance with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations and the Sindh Food Authority guidelines applicable in Pakistan Karachi.
- The Baker team shall maintain a minimum of 98% product consistency and freshness. Any batch failing quality inspection will be replaced at no additional cost to the client.
- Delivery schedules will be coordinated 48 hours in advance. The client must ensure receiving area availability at the Pakistan Karachi delivery address.
- Custom cake designs require a minimum 72-hour lead time. Rush orders (under 48 hours) will incur a 25% surcharge on the applicable item price.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to load-shedding exceeding 8 hours, natural disasters, or government-mandated lockdowns in Pakistan Karachi, will extend delivery timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
- Intellectual property of all custom cake designs and proprietary Baker recipes developed under this engagement shall remain the property of Karachi Artisan Baker Co. unless otherwise agreed in a separate written addendum.
