2. Payment Terms: A fifty percent (50%) down payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the booking. The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance shall be settled no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled delivery or event date.
3. All products and services rendered by Baker shall be prepared in compliance with the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards and local sanitation regulations applicable in Philippines Manila.
4. Baker reserves the right to substitute equivalent-quality ingredients should specific items become unavailable due to seasonal supply constraints. Any such substitution will be communicated to the client at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.

6. Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date will incur a 25% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will be subject to a 50% penalty. No refunds will be processed for cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled service.
