All ingredients, specialized baking equipment, and consumables required for the operation will be supplied by Golden Crust Baker Services LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in ingredient costs within Qatar Doha.
• Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon signing, 40% upon completion of equipment installation and staff onboarding, and 30% upon successful completion of the first full month of Baker service delivery.
• All Baker personnel shall hold valid Qatar work permits, medical fitness certificates, and food handler licenses as required by the Ministry of Public Health and the Qatar Municipality.
• Golden Crust Baker Services LLC shall maintain full professional liability insurance covering all Baker staff operating within the client's premises in Qatar Doha.
• The client reserves the right to request a replacement Baker with equivalent qualifications within fourteen (14) days of written notice if performance standards are not met.
• Any changes to the scope of work, including additional menu items, extended operating hours, or additional Baker staff, shall be documented in a formal change order and may affect the total value of this Quotation Estimate.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and resolved through the Doha Commercial Court.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding pricing, recipes, and operational details disclosed during the engagement period.
