All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of Artisan Baking Solutions Ltd., Moscow, Russia. The payment schedule is structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master service agreement. This covers initial site preparation and equipment ordering.
- 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of kitchen installation, equipment commissioning, and receipt of all Rospotrebnadzor permits for the Baker facility in Russia Moscow.
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon successful soft-launch of the Baker outlet and completion of the first full production cycle meeting all quality benchmarks.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of pricing, as material costs and labour rates in Russia Moscow are subject to market fluctuation.
- The Baker and all associated staff shall be engaged in full compliance with the Labour Code of the Russian Federation and all applicable municipal regulations governing food production in Moscow.
- All baking equipment and materials shall meet GOST standards and the specific food safety requirements enforced by Rospotrebnadzor for the Russia Moscow region.
- The Baker retains intellectual property rights over proprietary recipes developed during the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client shall receive a non-exclusive licence to use all menu items for the duration of the operational agreement.
