All baked goods will be prepared in our HACCP-certified commercial kitchen located in the heart of Singapore Singapore, ensuring full compliance with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations and local food safety standards. The lead Baker will conduct a pre-event consultation with your team to finalise design specifications, flavour profiles, and presentation arrangements. This Quotation Estimate encompasses all labour, premium ingredients, equipment usage, and logistical coordination required to deliver a seamless baking experience for your guests in Singapore Singapore.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating ingredient costs in the Singapore Singapore market.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, amounting to SGD 7,131.33, is due upon acceptance. The remaining balance of SGD 7,131.32 shall be settled within seven (7) working days prior to the event date.
Acceptance: To accept this Quotation Estimate, please sign and return the attached acceptance form or confirm via email to our office in Singapore Singapore within the validity period.
Modifications: Any changes to the scope of Baker services after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised quotation and additional charges as applicable.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event will incur a 25% penalty. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. This policy applies to all Baker services quoted herein.
Delivery: All deliveries within Singapore Singapore are subject to traffic conditions and venue access restrictions. Our Baker team will arrive no later than two hours before the scheduled event start time.
Liability: Singapore Singapore Artisan Bakery & Patisserie shall not be held liable for any damage or loss to baked goods once delivered and handed over to the client's designated representative at the venue.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and all associated services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore.
