The Baker to be engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a certified artisan with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in both traditional Sudanese bread-making (including Kisra, Aish Baladi, and Aish Shami) and modern Western-style baking (including croissants, baguettes, pastries, and celebration cakes). The Baker will be stationed at the client's premises located in the Al-Muruj commercial district of Khartoum and will report directly to the Head of Operations. The Baker's duties shall include, but are not limited to: daily production of bread and baked goods, management of the baking schedule, maintenance of all ovens and baking equipment, quality control of all finished products, supervision of up to two (2) junior kitchen assistants, and compliance with all Sudanese Ministry of Health food safety regulations applicable to Khartoum.

In accordance with the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 25% (SDG 1,679,000) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% (SDG 3,358,000) payable in equal monthly installments over the first six (6) months of the Baker's active engagement; and the remaining 25% (SDG 1,679,000) payable in equal monthly installments over the final six (6) months. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account designated by our firm, with reference to the Quotation Estimate number QE-KH-2025-0472.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Baker must be reconfirmed in writing.
• The Baker shall be bound by a non-compete clause for a period of six (6) months following the termination of this engagement, applicable within the Sudan Khartoum metropolitan area.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a penalty of 10% of the remaining contract value shall apply.
• All food safety and hygiene standards mandated by the Khartoum Municipal Authority and the Sudanese Ministry of Health must be strictly observed by the Baker at all times.
• Our firm shall provide a replacement Baker within fourteen (14) days should the originally assigned Baker become unavailable due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial deposit has been received.
• All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with Sudanese commercial law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Baker services in Sudan Khartoum and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The engagement of the Baker shall commence no earlier than seven (7) business days following the receipt of the initial deposit.
