4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates for the Baker services in Turkey Ankara are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
4.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal installments: 30% at the midpoint of the Baker's service period and 30% upon final delivery and client sign-off in Turkey Ankara.
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client within 72 hours of the scheduled Baker service date in Turkey Ankara will incur a 25% penalty of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellations beyond 72 hours will be charged at 50%.
4.4 Scope Changes: Any modifications to the Baker's scope of work, additional days, or changes to the service location within Turkey Ankara must be agreed upon in writing and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.

4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Turkey Ankara in accordance with the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure.
