- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Turkey Istanbul.
- All Baker services described herein shall be performed by qualified, insured, and licensed professionals registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- The client shall provide a dedicated, ventilated kitchen space of no less than 80 square meters within the Turkey Istanbul premises for the Baker team to operate. Utilities (water, electricity, gas) shall be supplied by the client at no additional cost.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Bosphorus Artisan Baker Co. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the contract and schedule the Baker team deployment. The remaining 50% shall be due within 15 days of service completion.
- Any additional services, changes in scope, or extended hours beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the rates agreed upon by both parties.
- All baked goods produced under this agreement shall comply with the Turkish Food and Drug Authority (TİTCK) regulations and carry appropriate labeling as required for the Turkey Istanbul market.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Turkey Istanbul), either party may suspend obligations without penalty, with written notice within 48 hours.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
