1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in raw material costs within Uganda Kampala's local market.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be settled in full no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event date. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Kampala Artisan Bakers Ltd. at Stanbic Bank Uganda, Account No. 0045-8821-3367, or by certified cheque.
3. Cancellation Policy: Should the client wish to cancel the engagement, the deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within fourteen (14) days of the event date. Cancellations made more than fourteen days in advance will receive a fifty percent refund of the deposit.
4. Delivery and Setup: All baking services and equipment will be delivered and set up at the client's designated venue within Uganda Kampala. Our Baker team will require access to the venue no later than 06:00 hours on the event day. The client is responsible for providing adequate power supply and a clean, level surface for the display setup.
5. Dietary Requirements: Our Baker team can accommodate gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free requests at no additional cost, provided such requirements are communicated in writing at least seven (7) days before the event.
6. Liability: Kampala Artisan Bakers Ltd. shall not be held liable for any damage to baked goods caused by improper storage, temperature abuse, or handling by third parties after the items have been delivered to the venue in Uganda Kampala.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Uganda Kampala.
Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
