Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision based on fluctuations in raw material costs (butter, flour, chocolate, and specialty ingredients) as regulated by the Dubai Municipality and the United Arab Emirates Dubai commercial authority.

2. Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Baker's production schedule. The remaining 60% shall be settled within fourteen (14) days of the final delivery invoice. Payments may be made via bank transfer to our account at Emirates NBD, United Arab Emirates Dubai branch.

3. Production & Delivery: All baked goods will be prepared by our in-house Baker team at our licensed facility in Jumeirah, United Arab Emirates Dubai. Delivery times are subject to traffic conditions within the Dubai metropolitan area. For event-specific items (cakes, live stations), a minimum 72-hour lead time is required.

4. Cancellation & Modifications: Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery will incur a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to a 50% charge. Modifications to the Quotation Estimate scope must be submitted in writing and approved by our Head Baker before production commences.

5. Quality Assurance: As a registered Baker in United Arab Emirates Dubai, all products comply with the UAE Food Safety Authority (FSRA) guidelines. Each batch is inspected by our quality control team before dispatch. Any product found to be below the agreed specification upon delivery will be replaced at no additional cost within 24 hours.

6. Halal Certification: All ingredients, including fats, flavourings, and colourings used by our Baker, are 100% Halal certified. Certificates of conformity are available upon request and are attached to each delivery batch.

7. Intellectual Property: Custom cake designs and pastry presentations created specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate remain the property of Golden Crust Artisan Bakery. The client receives a non-exclusive licence to photograph and share images for internal corporate communications.

8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the client's option, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Arbitration Centre.

Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The Baker services described herein shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from both parties.
