- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs within the United Kingdom market.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to £3,386.40, is due within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance of £3,386.40 shall be settled within fourteen (14) days of the event date. Payment is to be made by bank transfer to the account details provided by The Birmingham Baker.
- Delivery: All baked goods will be delivered to the Grand Central Hall, Birmingham, United Kingdom, on the morning of 22 August 2025 between 06:00 and 08:00 BST. The Baker's delivery vehicle will be temperature-controlled to maintain product integrity.
- Substitutions: In the unlikely event that a specific ingredient is unavailable, the Baker will notify the client no fewer than five (5) working days in advance and propose an equivalent substitution of comparable quality and cost.
- Liability: The Birmingham Baker shall not be held liable for any damage or loss occurring after the point of delivery at the client's venue. The client is responsible for appropriate storage conditions upon receipt.
- Compliance: All products are prepared in accordance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and current United Kingdom food labelling regulations. Full allergen information sheets will accompany each delivery batch.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
