Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after the expiration date due to fluctuations in ingredient costs within the Los Angeles market.
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 50% ($3,769.54) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Baker team's availability. The remaining 50% ($3,769.54) is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will forfeit the full deposit.
Modifications: Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be submitted in writing at least twenty-one (21) days before the event. Additional charges may apply for last-minute modifications to the Baker's production schedule.
Liability: Golden Crust Artisan Bakery, operating as a licensed food service establishment in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, United States, assumes no liability for allergic reactions resulting from guest consumption. All allergen information will be provided in writing to the client no later than seven (7) days before the event.
Permits & Compliance: All services are performed in full compliance with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health food safety regulations and the California Retail Food Code. Our Baker team operates under a valid California Food Handler's Certificate and a current Los Angeles County Food Service Establishment Permit.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to acts of God, natural disasters, government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting the Los Angeles basin.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, with venue in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
