The Baker named in this Quotation Estimate holds a Certified Pastry Chef designation from the Culinary Institute of America, has over fourteen (14) years of professional baking experience, and maintains full food-handler certification compliant with Miami-Dade County Health Department regulations. The Baker's studio in United States Miami is inspected and rated "A" by the local health authority. All allergen protocols, HACCP standards, and Florida food-safety codes are strictly observed throughout the production process.

A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to $1,996.82, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
