1. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing by the undersigned Baker.
2. Scope of Services Provided by the BakerThe undersigned Baker, operating under the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets food service license (License No. NY-BAK-2019-4471), shall provide the following services in United States New York City:

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of costs and is not a final invoice. The final invoice may vary by no more than five percent (5%) from the total stated herein, subject to prior written approval by the client.
4.2 A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost, amounting to $2,632.06, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Baker's schedule and reserve all premium ingredients. The remaining balance of $2,632.05 shall be due within seven (7) business days following the event date.
4.3 All baked goods shall be prepared in compliance with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene regulations and the New York State food safety code. The Baker holds a valid New York City Food Service Establishment Permit and all personnel are certified in ServSafe food safety protocols.
4.4 Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date shall result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the event date shall result in a charge of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total estimated cost. Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the event date shall result in a charge of one hundred percent (100%).
4.5 The Baker reserves the right to substitute ingredients of equivalent quality and cost if specific items are unavailable due to seasonal supply constraints in United States New York City, provided such substitution is communicated to the client no fewer than seventy-two (72) hours before the event.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, United States New York City.
4.7 All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes as itemized above. No additional service charges, gratuity, or delivery surcharges shall apply beyond those explicitly stated in this document.
5. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Baker services to be rendered in United States New York City. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
