- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United States San Francisco food service industry.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the Grand Total ($5,326.79) is required to secure the Baker services and event date. The remaining 60% ($7,990.19) is due no later than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled event date.
- All payments shall be made via certified check, ACH transfer, or corporate credit card to Golden Gate Artisan Bakery & Catering Co., a registered business entity in the State of California, United States.
- The Baker team will arrive at the designated venue in San Francisco no later than 6:00 AM on the event date for setup, oven preheating, and final quality inspection of all baked goods.
- Client is responsible for providing adequate electrical power (220V, 50-amp dedicated circuit), refrigeration space (minimum 20 cubic feet), and a clean, level work surface (minimum 10 ft x 8 ft) at the venue for the Baker's equipment.
- Cancellation by the client more than 30 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation between 30 and 14 days will incur a 50% penalty of the Grand Total. Cancellation within 14 days will result in full payment of the Grand Total as stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- All Baker services are performed in compliance with the San Francisco Department of Environmental Health food safety regulations, California Food Code, and all applicable United States federal food labeling requirements.
- Golden Gate Artisan Bakery & Catering Co. carries General Liability Insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and Workers' Compensation coverage for all Baker and pastry team members. Certificates of Insurance will be provided upon request.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the Acceptance section below. Any modifications to the scope of Baker services must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, United States.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the professional Baker services to be provided in United States San Francisco. The undersigned authorizes Golden Gate Artisan Bakery & Catering Co. to proceed with scheduling and preparation upon receipt of the required deposit.
