- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing, particularly for the Baker salary and ingredient supply, may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of equipment installation and first month of Baker service delivery, and 20% upon successful completion of the twelve-month service period.
- All payments shall be made in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the account of Tashkent Artisan Baker Co. registered with the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- The Baker and all supporting staff shall comply with all labor laws, health and safety regulations, and food hygiene standards as mandated by the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan and the Tashkent City Sanitary-Epidemiological Station.
- Any changes to the scope of work, including additional Baker personnel, expanded production volumes, or modified equipment requirements, shall be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- Tashkent Artisan Baker Co. shall provide a twelve-month warranty on all supplied baking equipment. The Baker's workmanship and product quality are guaranteed to meet the specifications outlined in Annex A of the master service agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. It serves solely as a good-faith estimate of costs for the Baker services and related provisions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Uzbekistan Tashkent region, shall relieve the affected party from performance obligations for the duration of such events.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the proposed Baker services, equipment, and supply arrangements are acceptable for implementation at the designated location in Uzbekistan Tashkent. This acceptance does not obligate either party to enter into a binding contract until the formal Service Agreement is executed.
