Baker Artisan Baking & Catering Services requests the following payment schedule as part of this Quotation Estimate:
- 50% deposit (USD 4,694.88) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, no later than 28 June 2025, to secure the event date and commence ingredient procurement.
- 40% balance (USD 3,755.90) due 14 days prior to the event date (by 8 August 2025).
- 10% final payment (USD 938.97) due within 7 working days following successful completion of the event.
All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the Baker corporate account at CBZ Bank, Harare Branch, Zimbabwe. A valid tax invoice will be issued for each payment in accordance with Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, Baker reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in ingredient costs within Zimbabwe Harare markets.
- All baked goods and catering services shall comply with the Zimbabwe Food and Drugs Authority (ZFDA) standards and Harare City Council public health regulations.
- Baker shall provide a minimum of 48 hours' written notice for any schedule changes. Cancellations by the client more than 14 days before the event will incur a 25% fee; cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the full deposit.
- Baker assumes liability for food safety incidents directly attributable to its preparation and handling. The client is responsible for venue safety, guest conduct, and any third-party damage.
- All branded packaging, signage, and custom decorations referenced in this Quotation Estimate become the property of the client upon delivery.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate issued by Baker Artisan Baking & Catering Services, Harare, Zimbabwe. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein.
