General Terms
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for the Banker engagement may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Melbourne.
- All amounts are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% as administered by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
- The Banker shall be engaged under a fixed-term service agreement of twelve (12) months, commencing on the date of mutual execution. Renewal terms for subsequent periods in Australia Melbourne shall be negotiated no later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiry of the initial term.
