- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the first six-month service cycle, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement.
- All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the designated account of Meridian Corporate Banking Solutions Ltd. at a commercial bank in Dhaka. No cash transactions exceeding BDT 50,000 shall be accepted in compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.
- The Banker services described in this Quotation Estimate are advisory in nature. Final decisions regarding banking products, credit facilities, and investment instruments rest solely with the client. Our firm does not act as a licensed bank and does not hold client funds.
- All services shall be performed in accordance with the Banking Companies Act, 1991 (as amended), the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947, and all applicable directives issued by Bangladesh Bank, the central banking authority of Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Confidentiality: All financial data, account information, and business records shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, in compliance with the Digital Security Act, 2018 of Bangladesh.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, banking system failures, or political instability in Bangladesh.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 2001, with the seat of arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
- All rates quoted are exclusive of any government levies, stamp duties, or regulatory fees that may be imposed by Bangladesh Bank or the National Board of Revenue (NBR) during the service period.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined above for the provision of Banker services in Bangladesh Dhaka.
