1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all fees and rates listed herein are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Belgium Brussels and applicable regulatory changes.
2. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be delivered by a qualified and licensed Banker or team of Bankers employed by Meridian Banking Solutions S.A., operating in full compliance with the Belgian Banking Act of 1991 and the directives of the National Bank of Belgium.
3. The Banker assigned to your account will be based in our Brussels office and will be available for in-person meetings at your premises within the Brussels-Capital Region, as well as at our headquarters on Av. Louise, 1050 Brussels.
4. Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon acceptance of this document and execution of the service agreement. The remaining 50% shall be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date via SEPA transfer to our Belgian IBAN.
5. Any additional services, ad-hoc consultations, or out-of-scope requests beyond those itemised in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written Quotation Estimate and prior written approval from the client.
6. This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels.
7. Confidentiality: All financial data, transaction records, and strategic information shared between the client and our Banker team in Belgium Brussels shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Belgian Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8. Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. Upon termination, all outstanding fees as per this Quotation Estimate for services rendered up to the termination date shall remain payable.
