Payment for the monthly retainer (Item 01) and compliance monitoring (Item 05) shall be due on the 5th business day of each month via TED transfer to the account designated by Atlantic Financial Advisory Group, held at Banco do Brasil S.A., Agência 1420, Rio de Janeiro. Project-based fees (Items 02, 03, 06) shall be invoiced upon completion of the respective deliverable, with payment due within 30 calendar days of invoice date. All amounts are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are subject to the tax obligations prevailing in the State of Rio de Janeiro at the time of invoicing.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the BRL exchange rate, prevailing interest rates in Brazil, or regulatory adjustments by the Banco Central do Brasil.
- The Banker shall devote a minimum of 60 hours per month to the client’s matters, with all on-site work performed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Confidentiality obligations shall be governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to the commencement of services, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018).
- Any scope change exceeding 15% of the total estimated cost shall require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
