4. Payment Terms
All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are exclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 6% for financial services in China Beijing. Payment shall be structured as follows: 40% upon execution of the service agreement, 30% upon confirmed onboarding of the Banker in Beijing, and the remaining 30% payable in quarterly installments aligned with the fiscal calendar of the People's Republic of China. All payments shall be remitted via wire transfer to the designated corporate account of Global Banking Solutions Ltd. in Shanghai, with reference to the document number QTE-BJ-2025-0471.
5. Validity & Acceptance
This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issuance. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding commitment to the terms herein. Should the client require modifications to the scope of the Banker's responsibilities or adjustments to the Beijing operational footprint, a revised Quotation Estimate shall be issued at no additional cost within five (5) business days of the written request.
Important Note: The Banker engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid banking license issued by the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) of China and must be physically resident in Beijing for a minimum of 220 working days per annum. Any relocation outside the Beijing municipality requires prior written consent from both parties and may trigger a revised Quotation Estimate.6. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for Meridian Capital Group (Beijing Branch).
- The Banker shall be subject to the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and all applicable Beijing municipal employment regulations.
- Global Banking Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the Banker with a professional of equivalent or superior qualification, subject to client approval, in the event of resignation, medical leave, or regulatory disqualification.
- All client data and financial records handled by the Banker in China Beijing shall be stored exclusively on servers located within the People's Republic of China, in compliance with the Cybersecurity Law and the Data Security Law of China.
- Termination of this engagement may be effected by either party with a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice. Early termination by the client prior to the completion of the first contract year shall incur a penalty of 25% of the remaining annual fee.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of financial performance, investment returns, or regulatory approval by any Chinese governmental body.
